Gayle Tufts moved to Berlin from New York City in 1991. Before that she worked with a wide range of theatre and performance artists including Anne Bogart, Yoshiko Chuma, Nicky Silver, Phillip Glass and the Tanzfabrik Berlin. |

Miss Tufts is a regular guest bei "Quatsch Comedy Club" on PRO 7, and has appeared on "Liebe Sünde" (PRO 7), "Boulevard Bio", "Zimmer Frei", "B. Trifft" (WDR) and "Drei nach 9" (Radio Bremen). Her first book "Absolutely Unterwegs - Eine Amerikanerin in Berlin" ist erschienen im Ullstein Verlag. |

Her writing has appeared in Marie Claire, Max, Amica und Die Zeit. Tufts ist die Produzentin ihrer Bühnen-programme. 1998 gründete sie ihre Produktionsfirma "Tough Girl Productions". |

In addition, they have performed in Zürich, Wien und Den Haag and have created music for Tanzstücke von der Komischen Oper Berlin and the Rotterdamse Dansgroep. |
